THE PROJECT
Fondazione Campania dei Festival has promoted a series of lessons, curated by Massimo Adinolfi, in all high schools, during the months of February and March 2019, aimed at students of the last year of studies, entrusted to about thirty scholars of philosophy, to help the new generations to keep the memory of European history alive and vital: a spiritual heritage and at the same time a political construction.

PRESS CONFERENCE
Professors and scholars from Campania such as Biagio De Giovanni, Aldo Masullo, Fulvio Tessitore, Vincenzo Vitiello visited the students of high schools and colleges of Campania to discuss the process of political construction of Europe and its future: the goal was to promote a series of lessons, aimed at the new generations of Europeans, with the aim of keeping alive the historical and spiritual heritage of Europe and its founding fathers.

LESSONS
Eighty institutes took part in the project: each institute received a visit from a philosopher who discussed the historical significance of European citizenship with the students.

JURY
At the end of the course, each Institute sent the paper chosen to participate in the final selection to Fondazione Campania dei Festival. These were judged by a commission composed of some of the participating philosophers who chose the 6 best works.

THE WORKS AWARDED
The best works were awarded during a public ceremony where all the students involved were given a card for two people which allows free access to all the shows of Napoli Teatro Festival Italia and the possibility, for one year, of free access. to the exhibitions set up at the Madre – Museo d’Arte contemporanea Donna Regina

THE JOURNEY TO BRUSSELS
The students of each awarded institution were offered the opportunity to participate in an educational trip to the institutions of the European Union in October.
